仕事内容: 「夜のシフトも、週末出勤もない」バーテンダーの仕事です。 丸の内の会員制プレミアムワークスペースで、平日デイ〜夕方のバー サービスを担う正社員バーテンダーを募集します。土日祝休み・夜勤なし。落ち着いた 会員制ラウンジで、ワインからスペシャルティコーヒーまで、上質な商材と本格的な 機材を使い、長く腰を据えて技術を磨ける環境です。 A bartender role with no late nights and weekends off. Join a members-only premium workspace in Marunouchi, crafting afternoon-into-evening bar service, Monday to Friday. A calm, premium lounge (not a high- street night bar), with professional equipment and quality products, where you can build your craft over the long term. ────────────────────────────── ■ 仕事内容 / Key responsibilities ────────────────────────────── ・ワイン・ビール・カクテル等のドリンク提供（グラス売り中心） Serve wine, beer, and bar beverages — primarily by the glass ・会員へのフロアサービス、オーダー対応、ドリンクのご提案 Warm floor service, order-taking, and thoughtful drink recommendations ・スペシャルティコーヒーの抽出・提供 ※研修あり Prepare specialty coffee — full training provided ・メニュー・産地・ペアリングのご案内 Sharing menu, origin, and pairing knowledge with members ・開店/閉店業務、在庫・発注サポート、バー＆客席の清掃・整備 Opening/closing, stock support, and maintaining a pristine bar and lounge ・チーム内の連携 Smooth communication across the wider team

求める人材: 求める人材 / Requirements ────────────────────────────── ・バー、ホテル、レストラン等でのバーテンダー実務経験（3年程度以上） 3+ years' hands-on bartending experience (bar, hotel, or restaurant) ・ワイン・ビール・スピリッツ／カクテルの確かな提供スキル Confident, established skills across wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails ・一人でフロア・バーを回せる自走力（開店〜閉店、在庫・発注対応） Able to run the bar independently — open to close, stock and ordering ・コーヒー抽出の経験があれば尚可（クロストレーニングあり） Coffee experience a plus (cross-training provided) ・丁寧で温かい、品のある接客ができる方 A warm, polished, guest-focused service mindset ・日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション（英語ができれば尚可） Comfortable communicating in Japanese (English a plus)

月給25万円～28万円 給与: 固定残業代あり：月給 ￥250,000 〜 ￥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥31,250〜￥35,000（20時間相当分）を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
