仕事内容: 【仕事内容】 AI開発企業で、外国籍のAIエンジニア・FDEの中途採用を担当いただきます。国内外の候補者に英語で対応し、採用要件の整理から採用決定まで進めます。 ・Hiring Managerとの採用要件・ターゲット設計 ・LinkedIn等での候補者リサーチ・スカウト ・英語での候補者面談、魅力づけ、選考フォロー ・エージェント対応、選考管理、クロージング ・採用プロセスの改善 【Job Description】 Manage end-to-end recruitment of international AI Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) for a company developing AI SaaS products and AI agents. Engage candidates in Japan and overseas in English. ・Define hiring requirements and target profiles with Hiring Managers. ・Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn and other channels. ・Conduct candidate conversations in English and maintain engagement. ・Coordinate agencies and interviews, and support offer acceptance. ・Improve recruiting processes.

求める人材: 【必須要件】 ・中途採用・採用支援の実務経験3年以上 ・エンジニア採用経験 ・採用責任者と採用要件やターゲットをすり合わせた経験 ・候補者のソーシング・スカウト経験 ・英語で候補者との面談や採用コミュニケーションができる方 【歓迎要件】 ・AI／ML／FDE等の採用経験 ・外国籍エンジニアの採用やLinkedInでのグローバルソーシング経験 ・AI・SaaS・スタートアップ企業での採用支援経験 【Requirements】 ・3+ years of experience recruiting experienced professionals. ・Engineering recruitment experience ・Experience aligning hiring requirements and target profiles with Hiring Managers. ・Hands-on sourcing and direct outreach experience. ・Ability to conduct candidate conversations and manage recruiting communication in English. 【Preferred】 ・Experience recruiting for AI, ML, or FDE roles. ・International engineering recruitment or global sourcing experience using LinkedIn. ・Recruiting experience with AI companies, SaaS businesses, or startups.

時給4000円～6000円 給与: 時給4,000円〜6,000円程度 ※ご経験・スキル・これまでの実績を考慮のうえ決定します。 Hourly rate: Approximately JPY 4,000–6,000. The rate will be determined based on your experience, skills, and track record.

勤務時間・曜日: ・月120時間以上の稼働を想定

休暇・休日: 業務委託契約につき、休暇休日の指定はありません This is an independent contractor engagement with no fixed holiday or leave schedule.

待遇・福利厚生: ・契約期間：まずは3〜6か月程度を想定 ・双方合意の上で継続の可能性あり ・Expected initial contract term: Approximately 3–6 months. ・The contract may be extended by mutual agreement.
