仕事内容 | 仕事内容: 仕事内容: 当社は、香港を拠点に中国・シンガポール等アジア全域でデータセンターを保有・運営するレーガングループの日本法人です。レーガングループはアジアを代表する大手データセンター運営会社であり、このたび日本でデータセンタービジネスを展開することになりました。セールス・マーケティングのディレクターもしくはマネージャーを募集いたします。 We are a Japanese subsidiary of Leagan Group, a Hong Kong-based company that owns and operates data centers throughout Asia, including China and Singapore. Leagan Group is one of the state-of-the-art technologies and excellent leading data center companies in Asia and has decided to expand its data center business in Japan. We are looking forward to the Sales Director and/or Manager. Responsibilities: l Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales target set by the company. l Conduct timely and accurate forecasting to build predictable and recurring revenue for meeting growth and revenue milestones. l Supports sales related activities by preparing client pitch materials, including RFP responses, covering service delivery, billing, post-sales services, and site visits by customers. l Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and order forms with customers to secure business deal. l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and project success. l Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers at all levels providing best-in-class customer service to strengthen customer loyalty. l Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. l Provide sales reports and develop sales pipelines for each customer account. l Offer after-sales support including service performance review and process improvements. Requirement: l Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline. l Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data center, system integration, and/ or telecommunications market with direct sales experience in Japan. l Experience selling into hyperscale customers is highly desired. l Demonstrable sales track record with a network of referenceable customers. l Good knowledge in data center colocation, network, storage products and services in the local market, including AI and system integration. l Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. l Good communication and presentation skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to follow through independently. l Proficiency in English and Japanese is required l Good IT skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and video conferencing software. There are no age restrictions. Experience in Marketing (Sales) in IT-related industries, data center industry or other high-tech related fields is a must. A certain level of English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) is required, as we communicate via email with overseas offices where our group's headquarters and/or our customers are located. |

給与 | 月給83万円~125万円 給与: 固定残業代あり:月給 ¥830,000 〜 ¥1,250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥300,000(50時間相当分)を含む。50時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。 Full-time employees, contract employee’s yearly basis Salary Monthly salary: 830,000 yen to 1,250,000 yen (Annual Salary more than 10,000,000yen) Sales bonus subject to sales target available High caliber and good sales track are expected. Job title will be Director or Manager depending on skills and experience. *Skills and experience will be taken into consideration and discussed. *Allowance for working on holidays and working off days (in the case of working on holidays, compensatory days off are available). Appeal Points: You can make full use of your English ability! High income of over 830,000 yen per month! 5 minutes from the station! ・One or two times a week remote work is available. We have remote work once or twice a week. |
