You won't just teach English;you will help build our team. 【Main Missions】 ・Lead Online Lessons Teach kids aged 4 to 12. Stay energetic to keep them engaged! ・Curriculum Support Improve our lessons with your practical classroom insights. ・Teacher Training Mentor and train new teachers. Share your skills with the team.

求める人材: 【Mandatory】 ✅ Teaching experience (Kids/ESL) ✅ Basic IT skills (Zoom, etc.) ✅ High expression & energy ✅ Leadership mindset ✅ Valid working visa in Japan 【Preferred】 ⭐ Degree in Education or TESOL ⭐ Entertainment background (Drama, Music, etc.) ⭐ Experience in mentoring teachers ⭐ Curriculum development experience ⭐ Basic Japanese / Cultural knowledge ⭐ Long-term commitment (2+ years)
