完全歩合制 給与: 基本報酬 * 月額：$500 USD または 80,000円（40本投稿ベース） 成果報酬（投稿後10日以内の再生数に応じて支給） * 50,000回再生達成：$50 / 8,000円 * 100,000回再生達成：$100 / 16,000円 * 500,000回再生達成：$200 / 32,000円 クオリティボーナス * 月20本のうち、80%以上（16本以上）が各動画1,000回以上再生を達成した場合 → $100 / 16,000円支給 月間最大報酬 * 最大：$2,000 USD または 320,000円 $500 USD / month (based on 40 posts) Video Performance Bonus Paid based on views within 10 days of posting: ・50,000 views → $50 ・100,000 views → $100 ・500,000 views → $200 Bonuses are not cumulative — only one bonus per video applies. Example: A video that reaches 50k → 100k within 10 days = $100 only (not $150) Quality Bonus If 80%+ (16 out of 20 videos) each reach 1,000+ views in the month → $100 Maximum Monthly Pay: Up to $2,000 USD (base pay + all bonuses combined)
