訪日旅行の外国語(フランス語・ドイツ語)ガイド業務　Tour Guide(French or German)

仕事内容: 【主な業務内容】 * フランス語またはドイツ語ガイドとしてグループツアーや個人旅行に参加されている海外からのお客様のツアー同行および旅行中のサポート全般 * 必要に応じて、ツアー中の公共交通機関、レストランその他急遽予約が必要になった場合の施設等の予約 * オプショナルツアー参加者のツアー同行、アシスタント業務 * 必要に応じて通訳業務 * その他付随する業務全般 団体ツアーの場合は9日間～20日間のツアーに同行し、ガイド業務を行っていただきます。個人旅行の場合は半日、1日、数日のツアーとなります。 l Consistently deliver a high level of customer service and traveller satisfaction. l Provide leadership for our travellers and be responsible for their well-being. l Continually increase your knowledge about the visited places, its culture, religion, current affairs, environment, etc. l Have detailed knowledge of hotels, sights, restaurants, transport, souvenirs, prices, etc. Develop a series of information sources and contacts that can be of assistance when required. l Act as day-to-day guide, interpreter and manager of the group. l Deal directly with your traveller's issues and concerns, ensuring that passenger satisfaction is effectively achieved. l Maintain the established travel itinerary as closely as possible, making changes only when necessary. l Make reservations for local transportation, restaurants and activities as required. l Assist and accompany travellers during optional activities and meals. l Advise travellers on suitable restaurants, additional transport requirements, purchase of souvenirs, etc. l Maintain daily expenditure accounts, retain receipts and keep expenses within the trip budget provided. l Provide a report for each trip, in the requested format.

求める人材: * カスタマーサービス業やホスピタリティー業に従事されていた方 * ツアーリーダー業務、ガイド業務の経験があれば尚可 * リーダーシップスキル * ツアー経費の資金管理がきちんとできる * 各観光地に関する知識があれば尚可（入社後ご自身で学んでいただきます） * 旅行客と問題なくフランス語またはドイツ語でコミュニケーションがとれ、観光地の説明ができる * 日本語でレストランや各地のショップ等でコミュニケーションがとれる * 協調性がある l Excellent customer service skills l Fluent French or German, Conversational Japanese l Good organisational skills l Previous tour leader experience (beneficial, not required) l Good leadership skills l Good accounting foundations l The ability to research each destination in depth l High language proficiency (French or German) l The ability to work well in a team and on your own

日給3万円以上 給与: 日当￥30,000 〜 （消費税10％込み） Daily guide fee from 30,000JPY incl. 10% consumption tax

勤務時間・曜日: 業務委託のため、業務依頼の内容に基づきます。団体旅行は9日間～14日間のツアーに同行、個人旅行は半日、1日、数日のツアーに同行していただきます。 Depending on a tour you take.

休暇・休日: 業務委託でのお仕事になりますので、ツアーの日数により月の休日等は異なります。 Depending on the job you take.

待遇・福利厚生: 業務委託契約のため、特に福利厚生に関する規定はありません。 No employee benefit as this is an outsourcing contract.
