シフト制 勤務時間・曜日: 勤務時間はシフト制です。具体的には、以下の通りとなります。 11:30～23:00 シフト制 実働8時間・休憩1時間

休暇・休日: シフト制（1日8時間＋時間外1～2時間） ⭐ シフトの決め方 ・シフト自己申告（15日ごとに提出） ・「この日は早番がいい」「この曜日は入りたい」といった希望も、事前に相談しながら組んでいきます。 ・希望を出しやすい雰囲気なので、生活リズムに合わせて働けます。 【有給休暇】 10日 └入社6ヶ月後に10日付与 └勤続1年ごとに規定に沿い 年間最大20日まで増えます Shift-based system (8 hours/day + 1–2 hours of overtime) ⭐ How shifts are determined ・Self-reported scheduling (submitted every 15 days) ・Schedules are created through prior consultation, accommodating requests such as "I'd prefer an early shift on this day" or "I want to work on this day of the week." ・The atmosphere makes it easy to submit requests, allowing you to work in a way that fits your lifestyle. 【Paid Leave】 10 days └ 10 days granted after 6 months of employment └ Increases annually based on company policy └ Maximum of 20 days per year
