English Teacher – Preschool (Ages 3–5)

仕事内容: Responsibilities - Teach English to children aged 3, 4, and 5 in a classroom setting. - Plan and prepare age-appropriate lessons, activities, and teaching materials in line with our international school curriculum. - Observe and record children's progress and share updates with parents. - Work closely with homeroom teachers and other staff members. - Participate in school events and communicate with parents.

求める人材: Requirements - Native-level or near-native English proficiency. - A recognized qualification for teaching English to children (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, a teaching license, or a degree in Early Childhood Education). - Experience teaching young children. - Ability to plan and prepare lessons independently. - A warm, patient, and positive attitude toward young learners. - Legal authorization to work in Japan. Preferred Qualifications - Experience teaching at an international preschool or kindergarten. - Basic Japanese communication skills (not required).

月給28万円 給与: Salary and Benefits * Monthly salary: From ¥280,000, depending on experience and qualifications. * No fixed overtime allowance is included in the monthly salary. * Overtime pay will be provided separately in accordance with Japanese labor law. * Transportation allowance: Actual commuting expenses reimbursed up to ¥20,000 per month. * Salary review: Once a year, in June. Any salary increase depends on length of service, individual performance, and the school's financial performance. * Bonuses: Twice a year, in June and December. Bonus amounts depend on length of service, individual performance, and the school's financial performance. Advance payment of bonuses may be available in certain circumstances. * Retirement allowance: Available to employees with at least 3 years of continuous service, subject to the school's retirement allowance regulations.

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Break: 60 minutes Actual working hours: 8 hours per day Days off Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays Overtime May be required depending on school activities. Overtime pay is provided separately.
