仕事内容: ［Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Gyomu Itaku)］ Founded in 1945, Nichibei Kaiwa Gakuin is a premier language institution in Tokyo with a rich history of educating working professionals, corporate trainees, and academic students (elementary through university). We offer a wide range of programs, from beginner conversation to advanced interpreter training. We are currently seeking highly qualified, passionate English instructors to deliver small-group and private lessons. ［CLASSES & RESPONSIBILITIES］ ・Conduct small-group and 1-on-1 private lessons for adults, corporate trainees, and university/high school students. ・Teach Nichibei Kaiwa Gakuin original courses, Business English, English conversation, grammar, and pronunciation. ・Deliver test preparation courses, including TOEIC® Listening & Reading Test and Eiken. ・Utilize proprietary, high-quality teaching materials developed by the institute to focus on practical, real-world communication skills.

求める人材: ［QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS］ ・Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited 4-year university. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. ・Teaching Experience: Minimum 3+ years of formal teaching experience. Experience teaching test prep (TOEIC, Eiken) or Business English is preferred. ・Focus on Pedagogy: Selection heavily emphasizes proven teaching methodology and pedagogical skills.

時給4200円～4800円 給与: Compensation: ¥4,200–¥4,800 per teaching hour

勤務時間・曜日: ［Class Times］ (Flexible / Specific schedules negotiable) (1+ days/week) ・Weekdays (Morning): 7:30-8:30 / 10:30-12:30, etc. ・Weekdays (Afternoon): 13:00-15:00 / 13:30- 15:30, etc. ・Weekdays (Evening): 19:00-21:10 / 19:30- 21:30, etc. ・Saturdays: 09:50-12:00 / 10:30-12:30 / 14:00-16:10 / 15:30-17:30, etc.
