Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

仕事内容: Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure high-caliber candidates. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding. * Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and networking channels. * Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical business functions. * Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements. * Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment recommendations. * Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate feedback processes. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. * Experience recruiting for manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industries is preferred. * Agency/headhunter recruitment experience will be an added advantage. * Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills. Language Requirements * Native or business-level Japanese. * Business-level English preferred to support regional collaboration. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in multinational environments. * Knowledge of Japan employment practices and labor legislation. * Experience recruiting technical and operational roles.
