Finance and HR Manager - Japan

仕事内容: - Coordination role between local accounting firm and Regional APAC Finance Department - Review and analysis of financial reports prodcued by local accounting firm - Review and Analysis of financial/corporate reporting throughout the year by local accounting firm - Ensure accuracy of all reports produced by local accounting firm - Budget preparation with P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows - Forecast preparation with P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflows - Responsibility for internal and external audits - Cashflow projection for short and long-term financial objectives of the organization - Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments - Member bonus payment - Coordination role between local social and labor insurance firm - Initiate HR tasks including hiring and training in coordination with Regional APAC HR Department - Manage general affairs and office management and administrative duties

求める人材: - Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance. - Solid knowledge of Japanese accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws. - Experience in monthly and annual closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. - Practical knowledge of HR operations, including payroll, social insurance, recruitment, and labor management. - Experience in general affairs, office administration, contract management, and corporate compliance. - Ability to independently manage multiple back-office functions. - Experience working with external professionals, such as tax accountants and social insurance labor consultants. - Business-level English communication skills. - MLM experience will be an advantage.
