Game Planner

仕事内容: * Production of motion, effects, and various visual content using AI tools. * Creating animations for characters, UI, etc. using Spine * Production of effects and visual expressions using After Effects (AE) * Planning and production of various motions and effects within the game. * Practical skills to complete standard motion production tasks independently. * Preference will be given to candidates with experience in motion creation for online casual games. We are looking for someone with excellent design sense, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to execute tasks, and strong communication skills.

月給30万円～60万円 給与: 固定残業代あり：月給 ￥300,000 〜 ￥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥100,000〜￥120,000（30時間相当分）を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。 * Monthly salary of ¥300,000 to ¥600,000 includes a fixed overtime allowance of ¥100,000 to ¥120,000 per month (equivalent to 30 hours). Overtime exceeding 30 hours will be paid additionally. * Transportation expenses provided (up to 30,000 yen per month) * MacBook provided (company-issued PC provided upon joining the company)

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: Employment type: Full-time employee (with probationary period) * Standard working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 * Flexible working hours: Start and end times can be adjusted by 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time. * Break time: 1 hour * Actual working hours: 8 hours per day
