仕事内容: As Rugby School Japan continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial programmes beyond the core school offering. This newly created role will support the development and delivery of initiatives such as residential summer schools, holiday programmes, rugby academies, English-language programmes and other educational experiences aligned with the School's mission and values. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Marketing, Finance, Academic, Boarding and Sport, you will help transform ideas into successful programmes. From market research and business planning to programme delivery and customer experience, you will play a key role in creating high-quality educational opportunities while supporting the School's long-term growth. Commercial Programme Development ・Research market opportunities and support the development of new commercial programmes. ・Prepare business cases and implementation plans. Programme Planning & Delivery ・Coordinate the planning and delivery of summer schools, sports academies and other educational programmes. ・Manage schedules, logistics and operational readiness. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination ・Manage participant registrations and customer communications. ・Liaise with internal teams, external partners and suppliers to ensure successful programme delivery. Financial & Operational Support ・Support budgeting, financial tracking and programme reporting. ・Monitor programme performance and recommend improvements. Compliance & Quality ・Ensure programmes comply with safeguarding, health & safety and School policies. ・Gather feedback and support the continuous improvement of commercial programmes.

求める人材: Essential ・Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. ・At least 3 years' experience in programme management, events, hospitality, education, business development or a related field. ・Professional working proficiency in both English and Japanese. ・Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ・Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. ・A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Desirable ・Experience in an international school, education or boarding school environment. ・Experience delivering residential programmes, summer schools, sports academies or youth programmes. ・Experience in business development, partnership management or commercial operations. ・Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and programme performance analysis. ・Experience using CRM, booking or registration systems. ・An interest in international education, sport or youth development.

年俸550万円～700万円 給与: 固定残業代あり：年俸 ￥5,500,000 〜 ￥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥100,000〜￥200,000（30時間相当分）を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。 給与は年俸を12分割し毎月支給。※経験・能力・前職給与等を考慮のうえ決定します。 ボーナス：年俸制のため原則なし（業績等に応じて特別賞与を支給する場合があります。） 交通費：月額上限36,000円

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: 基本は午前8時半～午後5時半（1時間休憩）の8時間勤務。 * 土曜日・日曜日は休日（学校行事等により勤務をお願いする場合あり） * 祝日は原則勤務日（学校年間カレンダーによる勤務） * 年間休日120日以上（学校年間カレンダーによる） * 年次有給休暇：入社半年後から年間20日付与（うち15日間は学校が指定） * 有給病気休暇（年間10日） * その他、就業規則による
