《Work from Home》Fun-Filled English Lessons for Bright Little Learners

仕事内容: Our lessons are based on active learning, not memorization. You will deliver fun, interactive English lessons for children, working together with a bilingual Japanese supporter who acts as a bridge between you and the students. Through games, movement, and communication-based activities, you will help children learn English naturally while enjoying the lesson.

求める人材: ■ Requirements * This is a freelance / independent contractor position, and we are seeking candidates who are interested in a long-term engagement (one year or longer). * At least one year of professional work experience is required. * Native-level English proficiency (Japanese language skills are not required). * Must have access to a personal computer (Windows or Mac with 8GB RAM or higher), a quiet working environment, and a stable high-speed internet connection. * Ability to prepare for lessons and conduct them punctually. * At least one year of experience teaching English to children. (Experience with preschool, elementary, online, or small-group lessons is a plus.) * Applicants must be legally permitted to work in Japan in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. * Enjoys entertaining and communicating with children. * Strong organizational and time management skills.

A stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for online lessons are required. 【交通手段】 アクセス: Our head office is located in Shibuya; however, all processes, such as interviews, onboarding support, and lesson delivery, are conducted remotely.

月給1万円～10万円 給与: 【Conditions】 This role is performed remotely. Lesson Fee: Each lesson is conducted on a per-assignment basis. Compensation is 1,000 JPY per 40-minute lesson. Each lesson consists of a 30-minute lesson and a 10-minute preparation or transition period. Lesson Preparation and Support: Lesson materials and guidelines will be provided to support lesson delivery. Onboarding support will be provided prior to the start of lesson assignments, and ongoing support is available as needed. Additional support-related tasks may be compensated separately, based on content and scope, subject to mutual agreement.

勤務時間・曜日: Lessons are typically scheduled during evenings or weekends, depending on learner demand. Each lesson is 40 minutes. Once assigned to a regular class, lessons may be conducted on a recurring basis, subject to mutual agreement.

休暇・休日: Lessons are scheduled in reference to the school calendar.
