求める人材: We are looking for someone with practical experience in New Zealand who can help us build relationships, identify opportunities and develop new businesses between Japan and New Zealand. Preferred skills and experience: * Practical experience living, working or doing business in New Zealand * Good understanding of New Zealand business culture and local market conditions * Ability to communicate professionally in both English and Japanese * Existing professional or business networks in New Zealand are highly valued * Experience in business development, project management or international business * Ability to independently research opportunities, analyse information and make practical recommendations * Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills * Willingness to participate in occasional business trips to New Zealand Experience in any of the following fields would be an advantage: * Real estate investment, development or property management * Motels, lodges, hotels, holiday parks or other accommodation businesses * Business brokerage, M&A or business acquisitions * International education, study abroad or corporate training * Tourism and hospitality * Banking, finance or accounting * Agriculture, farming or forestry * Equestrian or horse-related businesses You do not need to have experience in all of these areas. We particularly value people who are proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable building a new project from the ground up. This is not a translation-only position. We are looking for someone who can understand our business vision, develop local relationships and help turn opportunities into real projects. Nationality is not important. We welcome candidates of any nationality who have strong practical knowledge of New Zealand and can work effectively between Japan and New Zealand.
