Our goal is to become “Kyoto’s most creative and one-of-a-kind accommodation provider.” ▶Job Description Sales / Planning / Concierge – All in One You’ll co-create memorable stays and unique experiences for guests by blending consulting, concierge service, and creative hospitality planning. ■ Inbound Sales & B2B Account Management Propose plans to travel agents, companies, and planners Promote the value of our premium accommodations Collaborate with English- and Chinese-speaking travel agencies and media ■ Custom Travel & Experience Planning Design exclusive experiences including tea ceremonies and traditional performances Work with top-tier restaurants, temples, and cultural sites ■ Concierge Operations (Including VIP Clients) After initial training, serve as the lead concierge for high-end guests Create unforgettable luxury moments for elite clientele ■ Tailored Services for Villa Owners Handle personal requests from villa owners in Kyoto’s top locations Organize bespoke cultural experiences (tea ceremonies, arts, heritage) ▶Training & Career Development Japanese and English internal training available Feedback system based on OJT and PDCA Qualification support (Real Estate, Travel Operations, Safety Management) Additional allowances for certifications and leadership roles" |

給与 | 月給36万3170円~44万3300円 給与詳細 ※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額 基本給:月給 21万円 固定残業代:あり 1ヶ月あたり4万5670円 〜 5万5800円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間) 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する 【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり 1ヶ月あたり10万7500円 〜 17万7500円 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり 【Included in Fixed Monthly Allowances】 Sales allowance: ¥60,000/month Punctuality allowance (designated attendance): ¥20,000/month Driver allowance: ¥7,500/month Super punctuality allowance: Up to ¥20,000/month ※ The punctuality allowance is paid for perfect attendance. ※ Super punctuality allowance is paid when perfect attendance is maintained for 3 consecutive months. 【Performance Incentive】 20% of monthly salary will be paid as an additional incentive when performance targets are met. 【Other Allowances】 Family allowance: ¥20,000/month per child (up to higher education) Advanced Specialist Allowance: ¥50,000/month (For those who are fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese at a business level and can work independently) Night duty allowance: Provided separately when overnight duty is required" 【給与例】 給与例 Salary Examples (Monthly Gross Pay) General (Basic Starting Salary): ¥363,170 General + Advanced Specialist: ¥440,365 General + Family Allowance (1 dependent child): ¥386,050 |
勤務時間 | シフト制 勤務時間詳細 実働時間:1日あたり8時間 平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日 ▼ Shift Patterns Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ▼ Off-Season (January–February, June–September) Mainly assigned to Shift 1. Focus on service development, training, and expanding partnerships. Employees are encouraged to take long paid vacations during this period. ▼ Peak Season (March–May, October–December) Mainly assigned to Shift 2. Focus on guest service and delivering top-level hospitality. |
休日・休暇 | 休日休暇 ▼ Days Off Full 5-day workweek (shift-based) Annual holidays: 104–106 days (depending on shift schedule) With full use of paid and special leave, most employees enjoy 124–126+ days off per year ▼ Paid Leave 10 days granted after 6 months of employment Paid leave usage rate: nearly 100% ▼ Special Leave System From 2025 onward, those who take 3 consecutive paid leave days will receive 2 extra special leave days, up to 3 times per year (total 6 days) Additionally, 1 special leave day is granted in Feb, June, Sept, and Dec during the off-season (total 4 days/year) ▼ Workstyle Flexibility Upon meeting internal criteria, 3-day or 4-day work weeks may be available.
