仕事内容: ■Site Security Manager at a Leading Global Company As a Site Security Manager, you will lead the security team to ensure the safety and security of our infrastructure facilities. This role involves managing security operations and collaborating with clients and leadership to drive customer success. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, operational skills, security expertise, and the ability to provide a safe environment. ■Responsibilities ・Oversee security management across multiple facilities. ・Recruit, train, and develop security personnel. ・Monitor and improve security systems. ・Manage operations by communicating effectively with clients and affiliates. ・Ensure compliance with safety regulations, post orders, and incident management procedures. ・Respond to emergencies. ・Provide regular updates to leadership and support the maintenance of a safe environment.

求める人材: ■Requirements ・4+ years of security or management experience. ・Proven experience leading teams and addressing issues. ・Proficient in using CCTV and access control systems. ・Business-level English or higher ・Daily conversation-level Japanese or higher ・For non-Japanese nationals, no work restrictions on your Residence Card. ■Preferred Qualifications ・Strong leadership skills. ・Experience with 24/7 security operations. ・Experience in talent development. ・Highly resilient to stress and adaptable to change. ・Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

年俸700万円～1000万円 給与: ■Salary Annual Salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥10,000,000

シフト制 勤務時間・曜日: ■Working Hours ・Day Shift: 8:00 - 20:00 ・Night Shift: 20:00 - 8:00 (following day) This role operates on a 2-shift rotation, with 10 hours of actual work and a 2-hour break per shift.
