仕事内容 日本で暮らす外国人の方を支える 通訳・翻訳サービスのお仕事です！ ｜This role involves providing ｜interpretation and translation services ｜to support foreigners living in Japan. 【使う言語】フランス語・英語・日本語 ｜Languages: ｜French, English, and Japanese ＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊ 行政手続きや公共料金の契約、 医療機関や役所の申請などの場面で、 通訳や翻訳の役割をお任せします。 ｜Provide interpretation and ｜translation support for ｜administrative procedures, ｜utility contracts, and applications at ｜medical institutions or ｜government offices. ●メールや電話での問い合わせ対応 ｜Handling inquiries via email and phone ●申請時の問い合わせ対応 ｜Assisting with inquiries ｜during the application process ●報告書などの書類作成 ｜Preparing documents, such as reports ＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊～＊ 社内公用語は日本語のため、 日本語N2相当の理解力を活かしながら、 チームの一員として働けます✨ ｜Our official language is Japanese. ｜Work as part of a team while putting ｜your Japanese N2-level ｜understanding to good use. 自分の意見を加えるのではなく、 必要な情報をわかりやすく伝える役割！ ｜Your role is to convey ｜necessary information ｜clearly and accurately, ｜without adding personal opinions. スキルを人のために使いたい方も大歓迎◎ 業務の流れは入社後に 少しずつ覚えていくことが可能です♪ ｜We highly welcome anyone who ｜wants to use their skills to help others! ｜You can learn the work step-by-step ｜after joining the company.
