仕事内容 【About the Role】 Are you passionate about building the next generation of AI-driven systems? We are seeking a talented AI Agent & MLOps Engineer to join our fast-paced team and collaborate with global engineering hubs. In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation—architecting sophisticated AI agent workflows, leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), and scaling reliable MLOps infrastructure. If you thrive on solving complex technical challenges and driving products from concept to production, we’d love to talk to you. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・AI Agent Development: Collaborate with overseas engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI agent capabilities. ・Model Selection & Architecture: Evaluate and integrate multi-LLM architectures (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) to optimize AI agent performance and user experience. ・MLOps Infrastructure: Build robust CI/CD pipelines, automated model monitoring, version control systems, and streamlined training workflows. ・Performance & Scalability: Optimize inference performance, latency, and system scalability for high-throughput machine learning models. ・Fine-Tuning & Customization: Design and implement LLM fine-tuning pipelines and tailored training processes to meet specialized domain needs. ・Tech Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in ML, MLOps, and LLMs, proactively proposing and introducing new technologies. 業務内容 ・海外拠点のエンジニアと連携し、AIエージェント機能の開発・実装 ・OpenAI、Anthropic、Googleなど複数のLLMを活用したモデル選定、AIエージェントの設計・検証 ・CI/CDパイプラインの構築やモデル学習、モニタリング、バージョン管理の仕組み化 ・機械学習モデルの推論性能やスケーラビリティの最適化 ・LLMのファインチューニングおよび学習プロセスの設計・実装 ・機械学習、MLOps、LLM領域の技術調査および新技術の導入提案

求めている人材 Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have) ・3+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Backend Engineering, with a proven ability to independently navigate, understand, and contribute to large-scale Python codebases. ・Hands-on professional experience in at least ONE of the following areas: ⚪︎LLM Orchestration: Structured Outputs, Function Calling / Tool Use, Agentic Workflows, LangChain/LlamaIndex, etc. ⚪︎Tabular ML Pipelines: Feature engineering, Learning to Rank (LTR), ranking models, and quantitative evaluation metrics. ⚪︎DevOps / MLOps: Containerization (Docker), unit testing (pytest), and building CI/CD automation pipelines. ・Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. ・Languages: Business-level English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading). 応募資格（必須） ・ML、バックエンド開発経験を通じ、大規模なPythonコードベースを自立して理解し、開発を進められる方（目安：実務3年以上）
