仕事内容: 仕事内容 * 4歳からの子供たちに対し、インタラクティブで没入型の英語レッスンの指導 * フィールドトリップ、読書クラブ、文化プロジェクトを含む実践的な学習活動の引率 * AI教学ツールを活用した子ども一人ひとりへのアプローチと進捗状況の管理 * 実践的なコミュニケーションを通じて生徒が自信を得られる、支援的な環境の構築 * 多文化なチームメンバーと協力し、ベストプラクティスを共有し実践 * Instruction: Delivering interactive and immersive English lessons tailored for children aged 4 and up. * Experiential Learning: Leading hands-on activities, including field trips, reading clubs, and cultural projects. * AI Integration: Utilizing AI-driven educational tools to provide personalized instruction and track individual student progress. * Student Support: Creating a supportive environment that fosters student confidence through practical, real-world communication. * Collaboration: Working within a multicultural team to share and implement teaching best practices.

求める人材: * 学士号以上 (教育、英語または関連分野が望ましい) * 幼児・児童への英語指導経験2年以上 * 子供の発達と没入型教育アプローチへの情熱 * インタラクティブで遊びベースの学習活動の設計経験 * 忍耐強く、創造的で、子供たちと信頼関係を築くスキル * Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred in Education, English, or a related field). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to early childhood or primary school students. * Pedagogical Passion: A genuine passion for child development and immersive educational approaches. * Curriculum Design: Proven experience in designing interactive, play-based learning activities. * Soft Skills: Patient, creative, and highly skilled at building strong rapport and trust with children. In Addition: * TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (preferred) * Experience in communicative teaching methods * Basic Japanese skills (helpful but not required) * Tech-savvy (comfortable using digital teaching tools) * Native-level English proficiency * Valid work visa (we sponsor visas for qualified candidates)
