月給21万3000円～38万3000円 給与詳細 ※基本給・一律手当の総額 基本給：月給 21万円 〜 38万円 固定残業代：なし 【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：あり 1ヶ月あたり3000円 ⚫︎Compensation Monthly base salary: ¥210,000 – ¥380,000 Employees with a Japanese childcare qualification receive an additional ¥20,000 per month. English-speaking teachers receive an additional ¥3,000–¥10,000 per month. ※After the 3-month probation period, base salary typically starts from ¥220,000+ (plus allowances). ※Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.

シフト制 勤務時間詳細 実働時間：1日あたり8時間 平均勤務日数：1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日 ⚫︎Working Hours 8 hours per day Shift-based ・7：00 – 16：00 ・8：00 – 17：00 ・10：00 – 19：00 ・11：00 – 20：00 ＊No overtime ＊Paid leave can be taken flexibly.

休日休暇 ⚫︎Guaranteed two days off per week (Sundays and public holidays off) ※Occasional Saturday work may be required, but you will always receive a substitute day off within the same week—ensuring a consistent two-day weekend.
