仕事内容: Job Description: You will oversee the management of two restaurant locations and two accommodation facilities operated by our company. Because both staff and guests are highly international, strong English communication skills are essential. At the same time, Japanese proficiency is required for communication with suppliers, local authorities, and domestic partners. ＜Winter Season (December–March)＞ * Overall management of restaurants and accommodation operations * Recruitment, training, and shift management of staff * Coordination with suppliers, cleaning companies, and other partners * Facility maintenance and guest service quality control * Development and improvement of management systems and operational manuals ＜Off-season (April–November)＞ * Identifying and solving issues discovered during the winter season * Planning and executing new business initiatives * Updating and optimizing existing operations * Repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment * Engaging in new projects as part of annual business expansion Although the work varies throughout the year, this role offers a broad range of experience and opportunities for growth.
