仕事内容: The Executive Centre（TEC）は、香港に本社を置くグローバル企業として、柔軟性の高いワークスペースを提供し、あらゆる業界・規模のビジネパーソンの多様なニーズに応えています。 平日昼間から夜にかけて、洗練された空間でカフェ/バー運営を担っていただくポジションです。 単なる接客業務ではなく、ドリンク開発・フード企画・イベント演出まで関わる、裁量の大きい役割です。将来的にカフェ/バー経営を目指している方にとって、主体的にカフェ/バーを運営する実践経験を積める環境です。 This is a full-time, on-site Head Barista / Head Bartender role located across 12 centres in the Greater Tokyo & Yokohama Area. The individual in this role will oversee daily operations of the café and bar services, manage inventory and ordering of supplies, train and supervise staff, and ensure adherence to quality and hygiene standards. The Head Barista/Bartender will deliver exceptional customer experiences while preparing and serving premium innovative and creative beverages and food. They will also collaborate with the management team to uphold the company’s premium standards.

求める人材: 創造的・革新的なバリスタ、バーテンダー、フード調理スキルにおける 3年以上の実務経験 を有し、飲料クラフトおよびプレゼンテーションに関する優れた知識を持つこと。 優れた顧客サービス能力および対人スキルを備え、良好なクライアント関係を構築し、卓越したサービスを提供できること。 チームメンバーや顧客と効果的に連携できる 高いコミュニケーション能力。 チームリーダーまたはスーパーバイザーとしての経験があれば尚可。 高い注意力、時間管理能力、組織力を有すること。 英語・日本語の実務レベルの能力 があれば望ましい。 ホスピタリティへの強い情熱と、お客様第一のマインドセット。 食品衛生関連の資格があれば尚可。 Proven 3 years+ experience in creative and innovative Barista, Bartending and Food Preparation skills with exceptional knowledge of beverage crafting and presentation. Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build positive client relationships and deliver outstanding service. Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage and interact with team members and customers. Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Working proficiency in both English and Japanese is preferred. Passion for hospitality and a customer-first mindset. Certification in food safety is a plus.
