仕事内容 Kids Duo English Teacher – Multiple Locations (Chiba) Kids Duo Kashiwanoha Campus, Kids Duo Ootakanomori Ekimae, and Kids Duo Nagareyama Ootakanomori are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic English teachers to join our growing team. Who We Are These Kids Duo centers are franchise schools operated by K-Nexus, Ltd., in partnership with Yaruki Switch Group. Yaruki Switch Group is the second-largest private education group in Japan, operating over 2,000 schools (company-owned and franchise) across seven education brands nationwide. Positions and Locations Hiring 1. Native English Teacher – Kids Duo Kashiwanoha Campus Closest Station: Kashiwanoha Campus Station (Tsukuba Express) 2. Bilingual English Teacher – Kids Duo Nagareyama Ootakanomori Closest Station: Nagareyama-Ootakanomori Station (Tsukuba Express / Tobu Urban Park Line) Part-time positions are also available (2 to 5 days per week). We teach practical, real-life English through fun, energetic, and engaging activities. As a Kids Duo teacher, you will lead and support lessons such as: 1. Arts and Crafts 2. Music and Dance 3. Social Studies and Seasonal Events 4. Indoor and Outdoor Games and Activities Structured lesson plans and curriculum are provided, while teachers are encouraged to bring their own creativity and ideas into the classroom. This Role Is a Good Fit If You Are 1. Outgoing and energetic 2. Comfortable working with children aged 3 to 12 3. Flexible, organized, and proactive No prior teaching experience is required. Experience working with children (volunteering, coaching, babysitting, etc.) is a plus. Job Requirements 1. Working hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (8.5 hours per day including a one-hour lunch break) 2. Ability to lead both large and small group activities 3. Ability to ensure student safety and model appropriate behavior 4. Willingness to attend occasional weekend or holiday events (about once per month) 5. Must hold a valid working visa or a minimum two-year Associate Degree Application Process 1.
