仕事内容 MACHIYA GUEST SERVICES & OPERATIONS STAFF The Kyoto Machiya Team manages over 60 individual traditional machiya holiday homes and 2 boutique hotels. As a member of our Guest Services and Operations team, you’ll play a key role in welcoming guests from around the world and ensuring their stay is exceptional. No prior experience in hospitality? No problem! We’ll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll spend approximately 70% of your time at our guest services desk (3 minute walk from Kyoto Station) and 30% traveling to various machiya accommodations across Kyoto by bicycle (or car)! Your responsibilities will include: • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs for both domestic and international travelers. • Providing concierge services, such as sightseeing tips, restaurant reservations, and special requests. • Offering guest support via email and phone in both English and Japanese. • Coordinating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Traveling around Kyoto to oversee guest stays and check our various machiya accommodations. • Organizing and preparing for future guests, ensuring every detail is in place. • Contributing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations. ............................................................................................................. 月給24万400円～30万1900円 給与詳細 ※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額 基本給：月給 19万300円 〜 21万8300円 固定残業代：あり 1ヶ月あたり3万100円 〜 5万3600円（固定残業時間：1ヶ月あたり20時間 〜 30時間） 固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する 【一律手当】 全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額：なし 全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額：あり 1ヶ月あたり2万円 〜 3万円 • Bonuses: Twice a year (performance-based). • Salary Reviews: Annually. • Additional Allowances: Skill, shift-work, and high-season allowances
