As a brand that continues to pursue innovation and style, we are always ready to embrace new challenges. ▼Job Description We are currently recruiting future candidates for the CX (Customer Experience) Supervisor position at our stores. You will begin with the fundamental responsibilities of store operations as a Sales Assistant, and then receive training to become a Supervisor in CX, with the goal of growing into an exemplary professional who helps drive our business strategy. CX (Customer Experience): This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales floor within the assigned store, including cashier operations, fitting rooms, replenishment, sales floor maintenance, and the stockroom. With customers always as the top priority, you will provide the best possible experience and service not only to customers, but also to employees.

応募資格 Requirements: ・High school diploma or equivalent qualification required ・At least 2 years of customer service and sales experience ※Experience in apparel retail is welcome but not required ・Business + English level ・Daily conversational level of Japanese Skills / Competencies: ・Customer-oriented mindset ・Passionate, curious, motivated, and dynamic ・A strong interest in fashion and a desire to share that passion with both the team and customers ・Strong communication skills with customers and team members ・High level of self-motivation ・Leadership experience ・Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused ・Strong interest in the latest market trends ・Flexibility and risk management skills ・IT and digital literacy (devices, PC, MOS, etc.) Please note that this is a mid-career recruitment position. 給与

月給29万円以上 給与 月給290,000円〜 【給与の内訳】 基本給:1ヶ月あたり290,000円〜 【給与補足】 Monthly Salary: JPY 290,000 *Excludes fixed overtime pay; any overtime in excess will be paid separately. *A probationary period applies (3 months; no changes to conditions during the probationary period). Estimated first-year annual salary: from JPY 4,060,000 12 monthly salary payments, plus bonuses twice a year (equivalent to one month’s salary each in spring and summer), and incentive payments (paid in eligible months based on monthly sales performance).

シフト制 勤務時間 07:00〜22:30(実働:8.0時間〜、休憩:60分) 平均所定労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間 平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 【勤務時間補足】 Determined by shift schedule between 7:00 and 22:30.
