仕事内容: Wild Tame（https://wildtame.co.jp）は、東京・飯田橋に拠点を置くクリエイティブエージェンシーです。ブランド戦略、映像制作、デザイン、モーショングラフィックスを通じて、国内外の大手企業のコミュニケーションを支援しています。 2011年に2名で創業し、営業活動に頼らず口コミだけで約30名の多国籍チームへと成長しました。2026年にそごう・西武グループの一員となり、独立したエージェンシーとしての運営はそのままに、事業の幅を広げています。 社内の共通言語は英語、クライアントの多くは日本企業です。プロジェクトマネージャーは、その両者をつなぐ要となるポジションです。 【仕事内容】 大手企業のコーポレートブランディングのプロジェクトを、企画から納品まで一貫してリードしていただきます。現在のブランディング案件の多くは製薬企業のもので、グローバル企業のリブランディングにも携わっています。 ・リブランディング、ブランドガイドライン策定、各タッチポイントへの展開の進行管理 ・法務・メディカルなどクライアント社内の審査プロセスを踏まえたスケジュール設計と確認フローの管理 ・クライアント窓口としての日々のコミュニケーション、会議運営 ・スケジュール、予算、見積の管理 ・社内クリエイティブチームへの英語でのブリーフィング、品質管理 ・印刷会社、制作会社など外部パートナーとの調整 Wild Tame (https://wildtame.co.jp) is a creative agency based in Iidabashi, central Tokyo. We help major Japanese and international companies communicate through brand strategy, video production, design and motion graphics. We started in 2011 as a two-person studio and have grown to a multinational team of around 30, entirely through referrals. In 2026 we joined the Sogo & Seibu group. We continue to run as an independent agency, and our work keeps expanding. Our internal working language is English, and most of our clients are Japanese companies. Our project managers are the link between the two. [The role] You'll lead corporate branding projects for major companies, from planning through to delivery. Much of our current branding work is for pharmaceutical companies, including rebrands for global businesses. - Managing rebrands, brand guideline development and rollout across touchpoints - Planning schedules and approval flows around clients' internal legal and medical review processes - Day-to-day client communication and running client meetings - Managing schedules, budgets and estimates - Briefing our creative team in English and overseeing quality - Coordinating external partners such as printers and production companies

求める人材: 【必須】 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語力 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内会議、メール、ブリーフィングを英語で行えること） ・広告代理店、制作会社、デザイン会社などでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上 ・コーポレートブランディング（リブランディング、CI/VI、ブランドガイドラインなど）のプロジェクト経験 【歓迎】 ・製薬・ヘルスケア業界のプロジェクト経験、薬機法などの規制への理解 ・大手企業クライアントとの折衝経験 ・印刷物や映像制作の進行経験 ・多国籍チームや外資系企業での勤務経験 【求める人物像】 ・日本のビジネス慣習を理解しつつ、海外のクリエイターの視点も尊重できる方 ・細部にこだわりながら、プロジェクト全体を見渡せる方 ・状況が曖昧なときも、自ら考えて動ける方 [Required] - Native-level Japanese - Business-level English (able to run meetings, emails and briefings in English) - 3+ years of project management experience at an advertising agency, production company, design studio or similar - Project experience in corporate branding (rebrands, CI/VI, brand guidelines) [Preferred] - Project experience in pharma or healthcare, and familiarity with regulations such as the PMD Act - Experience working with large corporate clients - Experience managing print or video production - Experience working in multinational teams or international companies [What we value] - An understanding of Japanese business practices, combined with respect for international perspectives - Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture - The ability to take initiative when things are unclear

年俸500万円～700万円 給与: ・年俸500万円〜700万円（経験・能力を考慮のうえ決定） ・固定残業代なし（時間外労働が発生した場合は別途支給） - Annual salary of ¥5 million to ¥7 million, based on experience and skills - No fixed overtime pay (any overtime is paid separately)
