仕事内容: Role Overview The Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall planning, governance, execution, and successful delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and operational outcomes. This role provides end-to-end delivery leadership across multiple workstreams, coordinating technical and business teams to ensure predictable execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. The Delivery Manager operates at the program level, overseeing and coordinating the work of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Technical Leads (TLs), and Software Development Engineers (SDE1, SDE2, SDE3) to ensure integrated delivery across business, application, AI, data, and platform domains. The role requires strong program governance capability, delivery leadership, technical understanding of modern engineering systems, and the ability to manage dependencies, escalations, and executive stakeholder expectations across fast-moving and complex delivery environments.

model, including workstream structure, governance cadence, and decision-making mechanisms * Coordinate delivery across multiple pods and teams including TPM, FDE, Technical Lead, and engineering teams * Establish and maintain program-level plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path visibility * Oversee end-to-end execution across application development, AI implementation, data workflows, and platform delivery * Ensure technical and business workstreams remain aligned, removing blockers and resolving delivery conflicts proactively * Own program-level risk management, dependency management, and issue escalation frameworks * Drive executive-level governance including status reporting, decision support, and escalation management * Oversee release planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness across delivery streams * Ensure technical delivery aligns with architectural principles, scalability requirements, and operational readiness expectations * Partner with TPMs to ensure sprint-level execution aligns with broader program milestones * Partner with FDEs and Technical Leads to ensure solution implementation quality and technical delivery predictability * Monitor delivery performance using structured delivery metrics, milestone health, and quality indicators * Drive recovery planning and delivery rebaselining when execution risks emerge * Manage vendor coordination and third-party delivery dependencies where applicable * Ensure compliance, governance, and audit requirements are embedded into program execution * Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, governance models, and operational efficiency Skills & Requirements Experience * 8+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or large-scale technical delivery leadership * Proven experience managing complex multi-stream technology programs * Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, engineering, data, and platform workstreams * Experience owning enterprise-scale delivery outcomes with accountability for timelines, quality, and execution predictability Program & Delivery Management * Strong expertise in program planning, milestone management, and integrated delivery oversight * Strong experience managing cross-team dependencies, sequencing, and delivery coordination * Strong experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation management * Strong experience in delivery recovery planning and rebaselining * Experience in vendor coordination and partner delivery management Technical Delivery Understanding * Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery models * Strong understanding of application development, system integration, and cloud-native delivery models * Strong understanding of AI/ML-enabled application delivery, including LLM workflows, RAG implementations, and evaluation cycles * Working understanding of technical architecture, APIs, microservices, and data integration patterns * Ability to engage credibly with Technical Leads, architects, and engineering teams on technical dependencies and delivery risks Governance & Delivery Metrics * Strong experience establishing program governance structures and reporting frameworks * Experience defining and monitoring delivery KPIs, milestone health, risk dashboards, and quality metrics * Strong escalation governance and decision management capability * Strong experience maintaining delivery transparency through structured reporting and stakeholder communication Financial & Commercial Management * Experience in budget management, cost tracking, and delivery financial governance * Experience managing delivery efficiency and resource optimization * Ability to manage commercial implications of delivery changes, scope shifts, and recovery plans Compliance & Operational Governance * Familiarity with compliance, governance, and audit requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, ISO) * Experience embedding governance controls into delivery execution * Understanding of release governance, change control, and production readiness practices Ways
