Senior Service Engineer/Superintend Engineer(4 ストロークエンジン/4 Stroke Engine担当)

仕事内容: 米軍その他の顧客サイトでの当社製品（主に4ストローク・エンジン）の修理及びメンテナンス業務の計画・実行・統括をお任せします。 You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing reparing and maintenance activities for our products (primarily four-stroke engines) at customer site including US Navy as well as in-house workshops. 業務内容 * 現場の指揮・プロジェクト管理: サービス・試運転プロジェクトの計画・調整、予算や納期、品質の管理。 * 修理、メンテナンスの実行: エンジンの試運転、受入業務、現場での高度なトラブルシューティング。 * 技術サポート＆ドキュメント作成: 顧客や社内チームへの専門的な技術支援、サービスマニュアルや報告書の作成。 * 保証（クレーム）対応: 保証請求の調査、不具合分析、本社と連携した解決策の提案。 * チームの育成: 現場でのOJTを通じた若手技師の技術指導、評価・アセスメントのサポート。 * 安全管理（HSE）の徹底: 現場における安全衛生・環境基準の遵守およびメンバーへの意識付け。 Job Responsibilities * On-site leadership & project management : Planning and coordinating service and commissioning projects, managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards. * Commissioning & maintenance execution: Performing engine commissioning, acceptance testing, and advanced on-site troubleshooting. * Technical support & documentation: Providing technical support to customers and internal teams, and preparing service manuals and technical reports. * Warranty (claims) handling: Investigating warranty claims, analyzing failures, and proposing solutions in collaboration with headquarters. * Team development: Training and mentoring junior engineers through on-the-job training (OJT), and supporting performance evaluation and assessment. * Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards at all job sites, and promoting safety awareness among team members.

求める人材: * 4ストロークエンジンのフィールドサービスまたはメンテナンスにおける、最低7〜10年以上の実務経験。 * 機械自動化システム、試運転（コミッショニング）、整備、およびトラブルシューティングにおける確かな専門知識。 * 高い技術報告書（テクニカルレポート）の作成スキル、およびMicrosoft Office（Word, Excel等）の習熟。 * 高度な分析的思考力、問題解決能力、および自立して業務を遂行できる行動力。 * フィールドサービス現場における、チームマネジメントやリーダーシップの経験。 * 顧客や社内チームと円滑に連携するための、高いコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。 * 4年制大学卒業以上。 * ビジネスレベルの英語力 Requirements​ * Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on experience in field service or maintenance of four-stroke engines. * Solid expertise in mechanical systems, automation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Strong skills in technical report writing and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capability to work independently. * Experience in field service team leadership or management. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. * A bachelor's degree or above. * Business-level proficiency in English.

月給40万円～60万円 給与: 固定残業代あり：月給 ￥400,000 〜 ￥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥64,520〜￥96,780（20時間相当分）を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。 * 通勤交通費全額支給（月5万まで）。 * 退職金制度あり。
