仕事内容 雇用形態：業務委託 職種：英語講師/トレーナー ONLINE ESL TEACHER Independent contractor / Fully remote • Teaching: From JPY 2,000 per hour (60 minutes). • Non-teaching duties, including onboarding: JPY 1,500 per hour. Teach engaging English conversation classes to adult learners in small groups of around five students. You will use prepared lesson plans on Google Meet and provide real-time feedback through live transcription and clear, accurate notes in Google Docs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead small-group online ESL classes for adult learners, typically five students per class. • Deliver prepared lessons and adapt your teaching to learners' goals and learning styles. • Capture students' speech in Google Docs and provide immediate visual corrections using formatting tools such as strikethrough and underlining. • Manage Google Meet and classroom technology smoothly so students can focus on learning. • Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and speaking confidence. • Keep your knowledge of ESL teaching methods and digital learning tools up to date. 求めている人材 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS This is an experienced teaching role. Applicants must meet all of the requirements below. • Either a bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, English or a related field, OR a recognized ESL teaching qualification involving at least 120 hours of training, such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA. • At least three years of ESL teaching experience specifically with adult learners aged 18 or over. • At least three years of professional experience in an English-speaking workplace. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate adult learners. • A respectful, collaborative approach to working with other educators. • Confidence using Google Meet and Google Docs, including rapid, accurate transcription and document editing during live lessons. YOUR EQUIPMENT AND CONNECTION You must provide your own equipment and a reliable internet connection suitable for interactive Google Meet classes with five or more students. • Processor Intel Core i5, 8th generation or newer; AMD Ryzen 5; or Apple M1, M2 or M3. Core i7 or Apple Silicon is strongly recommended for screen sharing and multitasking. • Memory At least 8 GB RAM; 16 GB is strongly recommended when using Google Meet alongside Google Classroom, Slack and multiple browser tabs. • Storage At least 256 GB SSD. • Internet At least 30 Mbps upload and download, with ping below 30 ms. Speeds of 50 Mbps or more are recommended. Use wired Ethernet or a stable 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection. • Camera and audio A working HD webcam with at least 720p resolution, and a noise-canceling headset with a dedicated microphone.

勤務時間詳細 REQUIRED AVAILABILITY (JAPAN STANDARD TIME) You must be available for both of the following: • Weekdays: 19:00–22:00 on at least two weekdays per week. • Weekends: 10:00–13:00 on either Saturday or Sunday each week. These are required availability windows. The minimum actual commitment is six hours per week. ONBOARDING Approximately eight hours in total. Sessions will be arranged to match the availability of the trainer and the teacher.
