We import & distribute fast-moving food & beverages in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong to leading retailers, corporates, hotels, casinos & airlines. 仕事内容： * パントリー・カフェスペースの運営管理（複数サイト） * スタッフのシフト作成・管理 * 食品・備品の在庫管理、発注、納品対応 * 社内外との英語・日本語によるコミュニケーション * イベントや空間改善に関するクリエイティブな提案 * 臨機応変なトラブル対応、現場調整 * クライアント企業の担当者の対応 * ランチやスナックメニューの計画と準備 * 新製品の試食・試飲、ランチメニューの試食 * ビュッフェやパーティーイベントの準備と運営 * 発注書および請求書の処理、食品や飲料の受け取り、納期のモニタリング * シンガポールマネージメントチームへの報告 Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of pantry and café spaces across multiple office sites * Create and manage staff shift schedules * Monitor inventory and handle ordering, delivery, and stock control of food and supplies * Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese with internal teams and external vendors * Propose creative ideas for space improvement and employee engagement events * Respond flexibly to on-site issues and coordinate solutions * Liaise with client company representatives and stakeholders * Plan and prepare lunch and snack menus * Participate in product tastings and lunch menu trials * Organize and operate buffet-style and party events * Process purchase orders and invoices, monitor delivery timelines * Report regularly to the Singapore-based management team

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: * ①7:00～16:00 * ②8:00～17:00 * ③9:00～18:00 * 平日週5日 7:00~18:00 の間で8時間勤務（内休憩１時間で実動8時間。勤務時間相談可） * Weekdays 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM (with a one-hour break, totaling 8 hours of actual work. Working hours negotiable.)

休暇・休日: 完全週休二日制（土日祝日、勤務先企業の休日） Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and office closure days)
