Preschool English Teacher (Morning Shift)

仕事内容: Job Opportunity: Experienced English Teacher for Preschool Program We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English teacher to lead our preschool program at various preschools in the Yokohama area (Near Ofuna st. Tsunashima st, and Tsurumi st) on weekday mornings. One school per day and you will teach three times a week on fixed date and time. The position involves teaching young learners (ages 0-5) based on our structured curriculum using provided lesson materials, including flashcards, posters, and nursery songs. Working Conditions * Schedule: Weekdays, between 10:00-11:00 * Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session * Location: Preschools in Yokohama (Near Ofuna st. Tsunashima st, Tsurumi st) * Class Size: Groups of 10-15 students per session * Lesson Structure: Each preschool visit consists of 3-4 groups with 20-25 minute lessons per group * Curriculum & Materials: All lesson plans, flashcards, posters, and nursery songs will be fully provided Compensation * ¥4,500 per 60-minute lesson + full transportation reimbursement (actual expenses) * Example Earnings: * 1 preschool: ¥4,500 × 3-4 sessions/month × 3 schools = ¥ 40,500 - 54,000 per month (Usually 4 times a month) Minimum Qualifications * At least 3 years of teaching experience in preschools, kindergartens, after-school programs, or international schools * Long-term commitment * Punctual and responsible in fulfilling assigned tasks Preferred Qualifications * Bright, positive, and outgoing personality * Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) * Excellent interpersonal skills * Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations
