仕事内容: Join our team at "Aenokoto", a unique restaurant located inside “Tooryanse Kanazawa Food Labo” in the heart of Kanazawa. We specialize in "Nodoguro Donburi (Blackthroat Seaperch rice bowls)", a local delicacy highly valued in Japanese cuisine. Our dishes are prepared in a variety of styles—sashimi, charcoal-grilled, and semi-raw—served in traditional Kutani ware and Yamanaka lacquerware, blending Kanazawa’s food culture with its renowned craftsmanship. As part of our staff, you will: - Welcome and serve both domestic and international guests, many of whom visit Kanazawa for its food culture. - Support kitchen and floor operations, ensuring smooth service in a lively, tourism‑oriented environment. - Share the story of Kanazawa’s culinary and craft traditions with customers, creating a memorable dining experience.
