Lead Videographer & Editor

仕事内容: L7V is searching for a filmmaker with a passion for storytelling and cinematic visuals. You’ll work directly with our founder to capture authentic moments and transform them into inspirational and educational content watched by millions of entrepreneurs. In this pivotal role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our brand, directly owning our content production from ideation to execution. You'll be embedded with our founder, capturing the raw, unscripted moments of his day-to-day, as well as the key events and insights from our various business and investment units. You'll set the standard for cinematic excellence and manage a small team of editors to assist with social first content creation. This is a hybrid role, blending on-site presence to capture critical moments with the flexibility of remote work for editing and post-production.

求める人材: Fluent/native level English. Bonus points for Japanese, though not required 3–5 years of experience in content creation Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve Finger on the pulse of what's working now in social media and content Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and willing to work hard to make a big impact Growth mindset.
