仕事内容: * Job Description We are looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced Live-in Babysitter / Nanny to support a private family household in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo. This is a live-in position for 4 weekdays per week, from the afternoon until the following morning. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment for the children while assisting with their daily routines. Main Responsibilities: * Provide attentive and responsible childcare in a private family home * Supervise and engage children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities * Assist with meals, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene * Support evening routines, including bedtime preparation and putting the children to bed * Stay overnight at the family residence and provide assistance when needed * Help with morning routines, including breakfast and getting ready for the day * Keep children's rooms, toys, and personal belongings clean and organized * Assist with light household tasks related to childcare * Prepare simple home-cooked meals when needed (cooking experience is a plus) Working Schedule: * 4 weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) * Afternoon to the following morning * Example: 3:00 PM – 9:00 AM the next day * Overnight accommodation space provided * Exact working days and hours will be discussed in advance Work Location: Private family residence in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo. 休暇・休日: Days Off & Holidays * 3 days off per week (based on a 4-day work schedule) * Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are generally off * One additional weekday off, to be arranged with the family * Public holidays and New Year holidays will be discussed and arranged in advance * Additional time off may be arranged with prior notice and mutual agreement * Working days and holiday schedules may vary depending on the family's needs and will be confirmed in advance We aim to provide a flexible and comfortable working arrangement while maintaining a consistent schedule that works for both the family and the babysitter.
