仕事内容 Sales and Administrative Position Related to Foreign Talent Recruitment and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Registered Support Organization Services This role involves sales activities, document management, and registered support services related to the recruitment of foreign nationals and Specified Skilled Workers. Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting foreign workers throughout the entire process—from before entering Japan, during their employment in Japan, and until their return home—including the following duties: Recruitment Support for Client Companies Coordinate with overseas sending organizations to select suitable candidates Present candidate information to client companies and arrange interview schedules Support and advise during interviews Notify candidates of job offers once hiring decisions are made Pre-Entry and Onboarding Preparation Provide guidance on administrative procedures required for entry into Japan after a job offer Explain immigration-related documentation and procedures, as well as local procedures in the candidate’s home country Inform candidates of specific employment conditions and permitted activities in Japan Share company information with overseas sending organizations and request local administrative procedures Entry and Arrival Support Arrange transportation from the airport to the workplace Assist with resident registration at local government offices and bank account opening Support with purchasing daily necessities and other生活-related assistance Onboarding Support Assist with preparation of onboarding documents Accompany new hires on their first day and provide onboarding guidance Retention and Settlement Support Monitor working conditions of Specified Skilled Workers (e.g., through regular check-ins/interviews) Provide support for daily life concerns and consultations (hospital accompaniment, interpretation support, assistance with various contracts, etc.) Residence Status Renewal Provide guidance to companies and Specified Skilled Workers on procedures for renewing residence status Other Duties Support Japanese language education and career development initiatives for Specified Skilled Workers Manage resumes, passports, and residence status expiration dates of Specified Skilled Workers 【Working Hours and Holidays】 Working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Actual working time: 7.5 hours per day, with a 1-hour break) More than 120 days off per year Year-end and New Year holidays Golden Week holidays Paid leave available 【Compensation and Benefits】 Health insurance / Employment insurance / Employees’ pension Transportation expenses fully covered Bonus provided: equivalent to four (4) months’ salary per year Subject to company performance and individual performance
