Oracle DBA

仕事内容: This Oracle DBA role focuses on database migrations and environment transitions in mission-critical Exadata and Oracle RAC landscapes. Unlike BAU/alerts handling roles, this position is project-centric—owning migration planning, execution, validation, cutover, and optimization. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and execute Oracle database migrations (12c & 19c). * Support migration testing/validation and cutover processes. * Collaborate with global stakeholders to align schedules and manage risks. * Optimize and document migration procedures for repeatability & reliability. * Provide hands-on technical support across RAC and Linux during transitions. * Produce detailed migration reports and communicate status to stakeholders.

求める人材: * 3+ years experience in DBA * Solid Linux administration experience. * Proven database migration project experience. * Strong reporting & documentation skills. * Business-level English (required). Nice-to-Have * Oracle Database experience * Hands-on Oracle RAC (12c/19c) experience * Familiarity with Exadata platforms. * Experience in large-scale enterprise migration programs. * Can communicate in Japanese

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30 (12:00 - 13:00 break).
