仕事内容:  ＜急募＞グローバル企業のおしゃれなオフィスで、多国籍な方と一緒にお仕事しませんか？  飲食に携わる+英語のお仕事で、フリーでスナック、ドリンク、ビュッフェ、お弁当などを楽しんでいただけます！  三ヶ月間の契約満了後、正社員登用のチャンスあり！  Provenance Distributionsは日本、香港、シンガポールに拠点を置く、食品・飲料(F&B)の大手流通企業で、各国の大手企業のオフィスカフェ・キッチンスペースの運営管理、食品や飲料の輸入・販売をしております。  Provenance Distributions is a leading supplier of food & beverages to Multinational companies. We import & distribute fast-moving food & beverages in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong to leading retailers, corporates, hotels, casinos & airlines.  仕事内容: * 外資系企業オフィス内にあるマイクロキッチン/カフェスペースの運営維持および食品や備品の在庫管理 * クライエント企業の従業員へのカスタマーサービスの提供 * ランチやスナックメニューの計画と準備 * ビュッフェやパーティーイベントの準備と運営 * マイクロキッチン/カフェスペースのクリンリネス維持 * 社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション(クライアントと東京のマネジメントチームと連携) * 発注書および請求書の処理、食品や飲料の受け取り、納期のモニタリング * 在庫数と消費量のデータ分析及びレポートの作成 * その他必要に応じた業務 * Operation and maintenance of micro kitchen/café space within the global company office, including inventory management of food and supplies * Providing customer service to employees of client companies * Planning and preparing lunch and snack menus * Preparation and operation of buffets and party events * Maintaining cleanliness of the micro kitchen/café space * Smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders (collaborating with clients and Tokyo management teams internally) * Processing purchase orders and invoices, receiving food and beverage deliveries, and monitoring delivery deadlines * Prepare stock and consumption reports and statistics * Provide any ad hoc assistance as required
