Currently, six interpreters from three countries (Vietnam, Indonesia, and Myanmar) are actively working by making use of their native languages! 【Job Description】 ・Accompany members of the audit department and interpret to support communication between companies and foreign technical intern trainees. ・Respond directly or online to various daily inquiries from foreign technical intern trainees. ・Interpret explanations of employment terms and important points for living in Japan when foreign technical intern trainees begin employment with companies. ・Support document preparation by conducting interviews with technical intern trainees when preparing documents for submission to the Immigration Bureau. ・Attend the monthly general meeting to share various issues with other departments and work toward problem-solving. ✅ Japanese staff are responsible for audits and document preparation, so this is a job focused mainly on interpreting as a professional interpreter. ✅ There is an interpreting team, so mutual support is possible.
