仕事内容 HIVE PRELOVED is a growing luxury second-hand company that offers a curated collection of vintage/pre-loved fashion sourced exclusively from Japan, delivered worldwide. We are currently seeking a proactive and diligent Sales & Marketing Assistant who will work directly under our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and driving sales initiatives while engaging directly with our global community. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of sales and marketing activities in a flexible, fast-paced environment with significant growth potential.

求めている人材 Qualifications ・At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales support or marketing role. ・Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll be interacting directly with our customers both online and in person. ・Proficient in social media, particularly Instagram, with strong photographic skills and an eye for styling in order to create engaging and inspiring content. Photo and video editing skills are a plus. ・Proactive in learning and embracing new challenges, with the resilience to refine work, incorporate feedback, and consistently aim for high-quality results. ・A keen interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of current trends, coupled with an appreciation for pre-loved items. Preferred Qualifications ・Graphic design skills for creating ad visuals. ・Experience with sales outreach (e.g., email writing / negotiation) and basic data analysis. ・Prior experience in Sales, PR, or Marketing support roles within the fashion industry.
