仕事内容: 私たちは信頼性が高く柔軟に動けるチームメンバーを募集しています。日本全国のプロジェクト現場（主に倉庫の解体・修繕・改装）で作業にあたる、実務中心のポジションです。プロジェクト内容に応じて日々異なる業務に関わることができ、幅広いスキルを学べます。 業務内容: ・倉庫のリノベーション・改装作業の補助 ・基本的な大工作業（測定、カット、組み立てなど） ・壁・床・天井の補修、塗装、タイル貼り、内装仕上げ ・棚や設備、家電などの設置 ・引越しや家具設置のサポート ・現場の清掃・準備 ・建設資材の運搬や整理などの軽作業 We are seeking a dependable and flexible team member to join our growing construction and maintenance team. This hands-on role involves various tasks at project sites across Japan, including demolition, construction, and renovation of warehouses. Each project is different, offering great opportunities to gain a wide range of skills. Your Tasks Will Include: ・Supporting renovation and remodeling projects ・Basic carpentry (measuring, cutting, assembling) ・Repairing and maintaining walls, floors, ceilings ・Painting, tiling, drywall, interior finishing ・Installing shelves, equipment, and appliances ・Assisting with moving and furniture setup ・Cleaning and site preparation before/after work ・Light logistics work related to construction materials

固定時間制 勤務時間・曜日: 月〜金曜日 9:00〜19:00（休憩1時間含む） Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

休暇・休日: 完全週休２日制（土日） We operate on a five-day workweek basis（saturday,sunday)
