最初のお迎えから最後のお見送りまで、大切な役割を担っていただきます。

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at a beautiful resort hotel.
As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is memorable.

業務内容：

・チェックイン、チェックアウトの対応
・お客さま対応全般
・電話応対
・夜間における館内点検等の宿直業務

Key Responsibilities:

・Check-in and check-out assistance
・General customer service
・Telephone answering
・Overnight duties including facility inspections

＜冬季間の勤務先について＞
基本的には十勝サホロリゾート（新得町）になります。
寮を完備しておりますのでご安心ください。

*Shared Wi-Fi, TV in private room, air conditioning, bedding provided
◇ Meals can be used for 400 yen per meal at your own expense (deducted from salary)

*Preferential treatment available at Komoro Group facilities (Employee discounts for restaurants and golf play, etc.)
*System for promotion to full-time employees in place (4 people in the past 3 years)
*The start and end dates of employment may vary depending on the business situation.
*Depending on the restaurant's operating hours, you may be required to work split shifts. This is clearly indicated in the shift table.
*Furano Resort Orica is closed during the winter season, so you will be working at a Komoro Tourism Group company (in Hokkaido) during the winter season.
