Native English Teacher - International Kindergarten

仕事内容: Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the kindergarten curriculum, focusing on early childhood development. * Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. * Teach core subjects such as language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies in an age-appropriate manner. * Integrate activities to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. * Utilize hands-on activities, storytelling, music, art, and play to enhance learning experiences. * Encourage cultural awareness and global perspectives through the integration of international themes. * Assess student progress through observation, documentation, and periodic evaluations. * Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings. * Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to organize events, field trips, and special programs. * Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment. * Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and apply them in the classroom.

求める人材: Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree (required). * English Teaching certification or license (preferred). * Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. * Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching young learners. * Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. * English Speaker; Japanese language skills are a plus. * Familiarity with international teaching practices is an advantage.

月給24万円～27万円 給与: -Salary increase after contract renewal (depending on performance). -Transportation cost up to 15,000yen a month covered.
