仕事情報 ● 仕事内容 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist guests with their dream vacations, offering expert advice and personalized service. Key Responsibilities: Develop rich contents for "Oversea OTA", website for guests visiting Japan Key Responsibilities ・Increase awareness/gain traffic to our hotel websites ・Develop and implement effective strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in target markets. Identify key demographics and market trends to optimize marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities ・Content creation: Create and post attractive & informative content(images, videos, posts, newsletters) and accommodation plans that resonates with target audiences. *work closely with agencies. Key Responsibilities ・Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create compelling visuals.・Improve ranking through scoring optimization Key Responsibilities ・Analyze the effectiveness of customer attraction activities, find areas for improvement, and utilize them in your next measures. Research overseas trends and competitors' movements and reflect them in strategy. (Analyze customer data, market trends, and improve traffic and conversion rate)

資格 Proven experience & strong knowledge of domestic / international travel destinations. Proficient in using online resources, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills. MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Fluent in Chinese(simplified), Chinese HSK6. Business level Japanese.
